Shipping, terms of service and privacy policy

This page exists to give you a detailed description of the terms of use for our website and our policies. We want to ensure your experience with us is an enjoyable one. Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our website.

Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review this page whenever you use our site. Please use our site only if you agree to these terms.

Postage will be calculated at the checkout depending on the size of the wool order and the destination.

Your order will be sent in an Australia Post bag. The tracking number will be emailed to you following dispatch.

Your order will be sent as soon as possible (within three working days). You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.

We are situated in regional Western Australia where the postage system is slow. There may also be delays due to public holidays. Please be patient, after all our wool has taken 12 months to grow!

Express is an option for a speedier delivery, however this will attract an added fee. Please email edenvalley@wn.com.au before making your order for more details about this.

Please note that we will deliver to one address per order.

We have put a lot of work into our wool from the breeding and the growing, to the small home business that we have created on farm. Please be aware that there are natural colour variations in plant dyes between seasons and dye lots. Colours will also vary slightly from the photographs on this website.

If your order for some reason is damaged, please email edenvalley@wn.com.au and attach a photo of the product in question within 7 days of receipt.  If the fault is ours, we will cover return postage and credit your payment provider account.

If you simply change your mind, we will accept clean, unused, packaged and labelled wool returns up to 21 days from the purchase date with return postage the responsibility of the customer. A refund payment will be made into your payment provider/gateway account once we have received the wool and verified its condition.

At Eden Valley we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, please be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We collect the following personal information, which is provided by you when creating an account with us: your name; contact information including your email address; demographic information such as postal code, preferences, and interests; and other information relevant to improving our visitors’ experience. We require this information to provide the best service we can to our customers, as well as for internal record keeping, promotions, and for website customization. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (all under agreement to keep information secure and confidential) have access to your personal information. We promise never to share or sell your information with other parties or companies, including overseas recipients. All emails distributed from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings at any time.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access, we take all reasonable precautions and follow industry standard practices to keep your information from being inappropriately lost, misused, accessed or disclosed without our permission, altered, or destroyed.
